Astounding number of American EV owners revert to gas-guzzlers
Figures are improving, but range anxiety remains a big issue for drivers.
Recently, S&P Global Mobility Report released an analysis showing that 65.3% of EV owners in the U.S. bought or leased another electric vehicle when it came time to swap out their car. That figure was up sharply from Q2 of 2021, when just 48% decided to stick with an electric vehicle.
