Siemens spinoffs join forces to harness offshore wind for green hydrogen

A decade-long project will combine the turbines and green hydrogen capabilities of Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa to try to grab the lead in Europe's renewable industry.

Siemens plans to integrate an electrolyzer into an offshore wind turbine as a single synchronized system to directly produce green hydrogen.
