The motto of utility company Anglian Water is ‘love every drop.’

OK, we’re going to talk about poop. And, like me, it is British. And it may well be related to me.

This particular poop comes from Essex, just east of London, which is where my family hails from and many relatives still live.

And it is soon going to be turned into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) at a just-announced commercial-scale factory on the Essex coast at the busy port of Harwich.
