I had a pretty sad Sunday. Instead of watching the Super Bowl on our high-tech, big-screen TV, I was relegated, with my wife, to our bedroom where I watched it on a laptop computer. With earphones.

Why? Because our 22-year-old son, who thinks his dad is the uncoolest person alive, wanted the venue so he and a bunch of buddies could watch the game with a few brewskies (and probably more). Oh, what parents do for their children.
